优质护理服务对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能和精神康复效果的影响

目的：探讨优质护理服务对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能和精神康复效果的影响。方法对60例慢性精神分裂症患者在维持原用抗精神病药物常规治疗及护理的基础上实施优质护理服务，观察6个月。采用护士用住院患者观察量表及住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表评定临床效果。结果实施优质护理服务后患者护士用住院患者观察量表社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子分和总积极因素分及住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表日常生活能力、主动交往能力、社会性活动技能因子分均较优质服务前显著升高（P＜0．01）；护士用住院患者观察量表激惹、迟滞因子分和总消极因素分均较优质服务前显著下降（P＜0．01）。结论优质护理服务能显著提高慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能和精神康复效果。

The influence of quality nursing on social function and mental rehabilitation effect of chronic schizophrenic

Objective To investigate the influence of quality nursing on social function and mental rehabili-tation effect of chronic schizophrenia .Methods Quality nursing services were given to 60 chronic schizo-phrenics on the basis of maintaining original antipsychotic conventional therapy and nursing for 8 months . Clinical effects were assessed with the Nurses’ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI） .Results After practicing quality nursing patients had higher score on social competence ,social interest ,personal neatness and total positive factors score of the NOSIE as well as activity of daily living ,initiative communication and social activity skill of the SSPI （P〈0 .01）;they had lower score on irritation ,retardation and total negative factors score （P〈0 .01） . Conclusion Quality nursing service could notably improve social function and mental rehabilitation effect of chronic schizophrenia .
