运用病床工作效率指标分析调整医院床位设置

目的 运用病床工作效率指标对某医院的床位设置进行分析调整,合理优化医院临床科室开放床位数.方法 通过提取某院2013年的医疗统计数据,测算出各科室开放床位数95％的置信区间.结果 全院9个临床科室中有6个科室的床位设置比较合理,妇产科需要增加床位,五官科、空勤科需要减少床位.结论 根据工作效率指标计算出的科室目标床位开放数,适时地对床位设置进行相应的调整,可以优化医疗资源配置,促进提高医院的社会效益和经济效益.

To Analyze and Adjust Hospital Sickbeds Arrangement with the Application of Sickbeds Work Efficiency Index

Objectives To conduct analysis and adjustment sickbeds arrangement of a hospital with the application of sickbeds work efficiency index,optimize the open sickbeds of the clinical departments of the hospital.Methods By extracting the medical statistics data in 2013 of a hospital,then measuring out the 95％ confidence interval of the open sickbeds of all clinical departments of the hospital.Results The sickbeds arrangement in six departments were reasonable in all the nine clinical departments,department of obstetrics and gynecology needed to increase sickbeds,while departments of otolaryngology and air force service needed to reduce beds.Conclusions To calculate the goal open sickbeds number according to work efficiency index of each department and make relevant reasonable adjustments to the sickbeds arrangement,can we optimize the allocation of medical resource and improve the social and economic benefits of the hospital at the same time.
