急诊护理对急腹症患者并发症预防效果的作用研究

目的研究急诊护理对急腹症并发症的预防效果以及相应的护理体会。方法选取2012年1月一2013年6月在我院进行住院治疗的150例急腹症患者，按随机分组原则将其分为实验组和对照组，对照组实施常规急救护理方案．实验组在常规急救护理的基础上实施急诊护理，对比两组患者并发症的发生状况、平均住院时间、患者对护理服务的满意度情况．并进行效果评价。结果实验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，平均住院天数少于对照组。患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组，P〈O．05，实验结果有统计学差异。结论在急腹症患者的急救过程中结合急诊护理可明显降低并发症的发生。提高治疗效果，优化护患关系，建议在临床上推广应用。

The role of emergency nursing complications in patients with acute abdomi- nal disease prevention effect research and nursing function research

Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing of complications of acute abdominal disease prevention analysis and nursing experience. Methods Selection of January 2012-- June 2013 hospitalized in our hospital for treatment of 150 patients with acute abdominal pain, according to the principle of random grouping will be divided into the experimental group and control group, control group routine emergency care plan implementation, the experimental group on the basis of conventional first aid to strengthen the emergency care, comparing two groups of patients with complications, the average length of hospital stay, patients satisfaction of nursing service performance evaluation. Results The incidence of complications in patients with significantly lower than the control group, the average hospitalization days less than the control group, the satisfaction of patients to nursing service was obviously higher than that of control group, P〈0.05, the experimental results was statistically difference. Conclusion In the first aid of patients with acute abdominal pain in the process of combining with emergency nursing can obviously reduce the com- plications and improve the effect of treatment, optimize the relationship between nurses and patients, suggest that in clinical appli- cation.
