度洛西汀治疗心脏神经症对照观察

目的：探讨度洛西汀治疗心脏神经症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将92例心脏神经症患者随机分为两组，每组46例，两组均口服谷维素及普萘洛尔治疗，观察组在此基础上联合度洛西汀治疗，观察8周。于治疗前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评定焦虑抑郁状况，根据症状改善程度判定临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93．5％，对照组为78．3％，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后两组汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；两组不良反应均轻微。结论度洛西汀治疗心脏神经症疗效显著，安全性高。

Control observation of duloxetine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in the treatment of cardiac neurosis .Methods Ninety-two patients with cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into 2 groups of 46 ones each , both groups took orally oryzanol and propranolol ,on this basis observation group was plus duloxetine for 8 weeks .Anxiety-depression status was assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Hamil-ton Depression Scale （HAMD） before and after treatment ,efficacies were determined according to symp-tom improvement degree .Results Total effective rate was significantly higher in observation than control group （93 .5% vs .78 .3% ,P〈0 .05）;after treatment the HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups low-ered more significantly compared with pre-treatment （P〈0 .01） ,so did that in observation than control group （93 .5% vs .78 .3% ,P〈0 .05）;adverse reactions of both groups were mild .Conclusion Duloxe-tine has an evident effect and higher safety in the treatment of cardiac neurosis .
