眼科住院患者疾病构成统计分析

目的 通过对某医院2013年1月-2013年12月眼科住院患者构成情况分析,了解并掌握眼科患者住院情况及眼科疾病的流行特征.方法 对疾病按照国际疾病分类标准ICD-10分类.对性别、年龄和病种采用列联表分析.结果 前五位疾病的病种依次是晶状体病、视神经和视网膜病、斜视及弱视和屈光类病、青光眼、眼睑病,占眼科所有住院患者的75.61％.结论 分析统计结果反映了医院眼科疾病的构成和分布特色,为今后眼科发展提供直观数据,可为眼科疾病的流行病学研究提供资料.

Statistical Analysis of Disease Constitution of Ophthalmology Inpatients

Objectives To understand and master the ophthalmic patients hospitalization and epidemic characteristics of eye disease. By means of ophthalmology inpatients composition analysis in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2013. Methods Coding disease according to ICD-10. Gender, age and disease by the contingency table were analyzed. Results The top five diseases are the lens diseases, optic nerve and retinal disease, strabismus and amblyopia and refractive disease, glaucoma, eyelid disease, accounting for 75.61% of all hospitalized Ophthalmology patients. Conclusions Statistical results reflected the composition and distribution characteristics of ophthalmic diseases, provided intuitive data for the future development of ophthalmology, can provide information for epidemiological studies of ophthalmic Diseases.
