地佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在无痛人流术中的应用效果评价

摘    要:目的:探讨地佐辛和芬太尼分别复合丙泊酚用于无痛人流中的临床疗效及安全性。方法将150例行无痛人流术的患者随机分为3组,每组50例。A组应用地佐辛+丙泊酚麻醉, B组应用芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉,C组应用丙泊酚麻醉。比较3组的平均动脉压、心率、脉搏、血氧饱和度及意识消失时间、丙泊酚用量、清醒时间、不良反应等。结果 A组、B组患者意识消失时间、苏醒时间、丙泊酚用量和体动发生率均显著低于C组( P<0.05或0.01),A组丙泊酚用量和苏醒时间显著少于B组、呼吸抑制发生率显著低于C组(P<0.01)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚与芬太尼复合丙泊酚应用于无痛人流术麻醉,能有效减少丙泊酚的用量,且起效快、苏醒快、镇痛效果好,但地佐辛复合丙泊酚的丙泊酚用量更少,苏醒更快。

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of dezocine plus propofol intravenous anesthesia in analgesia artificial abortion .Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing analgesia artificial abortion were randomly assigned to three groups of 50 ones each .Group A was anesthetized with dezocine plus propofol , B with fentanyl plus propofol and C with propofol .Such indexes were compares among 3 groups as mean arterial pressure (MAP) ,HR ,pulse ,blood oxygen saturation ,extinction time of consciousness ,propofol dosage ,awake time ,adverse reactions and so on .Results Extinction time of consciousness ,awake time , propofol dosage and body movement incidence were significantly lower in group A and B than C (P〈0 .05 or 0 .01) ,propofol dosage and awake time were significantly fewer in A than B and respiratory depression incidence was lower in A than C (P〈0 .01) .Conclusion Both dezocine + propofol and fentanyl + propo-fol in analgesia artificial abortion could effectively reduce propofol dosage ,take effect and awake rapidly and have better analgesia effect ,but dezocine + propofol has fewer propofol dosage and awakes more rap-idly .
