精神科病区医院感染易感因素分析与对策

目的探讨精神科病区医院感染的易感因素及采取积极干预措施对医院感染发生率的影响。方法分析精神科病区医院感染危险因素，针对分析结果制定防控措施并进行早期干预。结果我院精神科病区经过3a有针对性地防控干预，医院感染率从3a前的2．48％下降到1．49％，干预效果显著。结论精神科病区医院感染易感因素较多，医院应提高医护人员的防控意识，针对易感因素积极采取早期干预，才能有效地降低医院感染的发生。

Analyses and countermeasures of nosocomial infection predisposing factors in psychiatric ward

Objective To explore nosocomial infection predisposing factors in psychimric ward and the influences of active counternmasures on the incidence of nosocomial infeclion. Methods Nosocomial infection predisposing factors were analyzed and early in tervcntions made according to analytic results. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection lowered from 2.48% to 1.49% after 3-year purposeful prevention and control in psychiatric ward of our hospital, intervention effects were significant. Conclusion Nosocomial infection predisposing factors in psychiatric ward are more, raising medical staff prevention and control consciousness and taking early intervention according to predisposing factors could effectively reduce the development of nosocomial infection.
