| 摘 要： | 目的：观察1．8 mm微切口白内障超声乳化手术联合博士伦Akreos M I60晶体植入术治疗白内障的临床效果。方法对49例（61眼）白内障患者行1．8 m m微切口白内障超声乳化手术联合博士伦Akreos MI60晶体植入术，术后测量术后视、角膜散光状况。结果术后1个月及3个月裸眼或球镜矫正视力≥0．5共58眼（95．09％），角膜散光度0D4例，0．25D-0．75D 56例，1．25 D 1例。结论1．8 mm微切口白内障超声乳化手术联合博士伦Akreos MI60晶体植入术治疗白内障，手术源性散光小，提高了提高术后视力。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of 1 .8 mm micro-incision phacoe-mulsification plus intraocular Bausch＋lomb Akreos M160 lens implantation in cataract .Methods 1 .8 mm micro-incision phacoemulsification plus intraocular Bausch ＋ lomb Akreos M160 lens implantation were performed in 49 cataract patients （61 eyes） ,post-operation vision and cornea astigmatism measured .Re-sults Fifty-eight eyes （95 .09% ） showed naked eye or spherical lens corrected vision ≥ 0 .5 in 1st and 3rd month after operation ,4 patients had cornea astigmatism degree = 0 D ,56 did 0 .25 D-0 .75 D and 1 did 1 .25 D .Conclusion 1 .8mm micro-incision phacoemulsification plus intraocular Bausch ＋lomb Akreos M160 lens implantation in cataract has smaller surgically induced astigmatism and raises pos-operation vi-sio n . |
