重症社区获得性肺炎中西医研究进展

Research progress of Chinese and Western medicine of severe community acquired pneumonia

After summing up the discussion of ancient Chinese writings on pneumonia（ including cough,asthma,lung abscess,Feiwei,etc.） combined with reference to the new ideas and new therapies of modern medicine on severe community acquired pneumonia,we concluded that the combination of Chinese and Western methods in the treatment of severe community-acquired pneumonia is effective in improving the efficacy of the disease and reducing the mortality.The first treatment principle is the anti-microbial treatment followed by secondary and supportive treatment. Combined with TCM treatment of dialectical typing,we can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
