| 摘 要： | 产后抑郁症是产褥期妇女较常见的一种情绪障碍，严重者可有自我伤害或伤害婴儿的行为，已成为威胁妇女、婴儿健康和家庭和睦的公共卫生问题，对产后抑郁患者采取及时有效的护理干预，能有效地改善或缓解产后抑郁症患者的抑郁症状，提高产妇的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Postpartum depression （PD） is a common emotional disorder of puer-perium women ,serious patients could present self-hurt or hurting infant behav-iors ,it already becomes public health problems threatening woman and infant health and family harmoniousness ,timely and effective nursing intervention could effectually improve or remit depressive symptoms of PD patients and improve parturient quality of life . |
