| 摘 要： | 目的为女贞子药材的质量评价提供科学依据。方法以固相萃取(SPE)进行样品供试液的前处理,采用RP-HPLC法,分别测定齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量,色谱柱:Kromasil KR100-5 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:[乙腈-甲醇(体积比1∶1)-水(体积比90∶10)];流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm;柱温25℃;进样量:2μL。结果样品中齐墩果酸与熊果酸得到较好的分离;齐墩果酸在0.108~3.24μg的范围内、熊果酸在0.060~1.800μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.50%、98.05%;11批次样品中齐墩果酸的含量为0.639~1.340 mg/g,熊果酸的含量为0.168~0.377 mg/g。结论采用SPE进行供试品溶液前处理,能够有效消除女贞子药材中杂质成分对末段吸收波长的干扰,所建立的方法具有简便、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于女贞子药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Fructus ligustric lucidi for the quality control of Fructus ligustric lucidi.Methods and Results Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were separated completely under selected choromatography condition.The content range of oleanolic acid in eleven batches of samples was 6.39-13.40(mg/g),and the content range of ursolic acid was 1.68-3.77(mg/g).Conclusion This method is simple,stable,accurate and reliable for the quality control of Fructus ligutric lucidi. |
