红树林内生真菌抗细菌和抗真菌活性的初步研究

摘    要:目的分离和筛选具有抗细菌和抗真菌活性的红树林内生真菌。方法从红树林植物桐花树、海漆、秋茄、木榄、白骨壤、银叶树中分离到60株内生真菌,对其代谢产物进行抗菌检测,通过滤纸片法来检测内生真菌代谢产物抗细菌和抗真菌活性。结果共有35株内生真菌具有抗细菌活性,占待侧菌株总数的58.3%,其中以不产孢类、青霉属、曲霉属、镰孢属为主,分别占活性菌株总数的51.4%、8.6%、8.6%、8.6%;共有49株内生真菌具有抗真菌活性,占待侧菌株总数的81.7%,其中以不产孢类和盘长孢属为主,分别占活性菌株总数的44.9%、17.1%。结论红树林内生真菌是抗菌活性物质的一个潜在的、丰富的资源库,值得进一步研究和开发。

Abstract:Objective To isolate and screen fungal endophytes with antibacterial and antifungal activities from mangrove plants.Methods The antibacterial and antifungal activities test of fungal endophytes from mangrove plants were used by paper disc method.Results Sixty strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Aegiceras corniculatum,Excoecaria agallocha,Kandelia candel,Bruguiera gymnorrhiza,Avicennia mariana,Heritiera littoralis.The result of the antibacterial and antifungal assay shows that thirty five strains of the endofungi(58.3% of total tested strains) have antibacterial activities,the active strains mostly belong to sterile groups(51.4 % of active strains),Penicillium(8.6%),Aspergillus(8.6%),Fusarium(8.6%);forty nine strains(81.7% of total tested strains) have antifungal activites,most of them belong to sterile groups(44.9 % of active strains),and Gloeosporium(17.1%).Conclusion Mangrove fungal endophytes were potential and rich resources of antimicrobial compounds,which need to explore further.
