| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性硬膜下积液的治疗经验。方法对200例外伤性硬膜下积液患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访1～10年,总有效率98.5%,3例死亡。结论在外伤性硬膜下积液治疗中,应采取综合治疗方法。对于慢性、复发的外伤性硬膜下积液开颅积液包膜剥脱、蛛网膜撕口、开窗,使积液腔与蛛网膜下腔充分相通,是较理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the experience on traumatic sub-dual effusion. Methods Review and analyze 200 patients of traumatic sub-dual effusion. Results During following up 10 years,3 patients died and successful rate was 98.5%. Conclusion In the process of treating the traumatic sub-dual effusion, we should adopt integrated methods. As to the chronic and recurrent traumatic sub-dual effusion, spalling the envelope of sub-dual effusion through the craniotomy, tearing arachnoid to link the cavity fluid and the sub-arachnoid are outstanding ways. |
