镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折

[目的]探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的疗效.[方法]对168例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者,使用镍钛记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗.[结果]术后无伤口感染、骨不连及异物反应.146例随访3～34个月,根据Neer评分标准,优119例,良22例,优良率为96.6%.4例术后发生环抱器松动,2例予以更换;1例环抱器断裂,更换钢板固定后骨折愈合.[结论]镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折操作简便、固定牢固、生物相溶性好、有利于术后早期功能锻炼.

Nickel-titanium Shape Memory Alloy Embracing Fixator for the Treatment of Mid-clavicle Comminuted Fracture

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of mid-clavicle comminuted fracture. [Methods] A total of 168 patients with mid-clavicle comminuted fracture were treated with nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator. [Results] There was no wound infection, nonunion and foreign body reaction. The 146 cases were followed up for 3 to 34 months. According to Neer rating criteria, 119 cases were excellent and 22 cases were good. The excellence and good rated was 96.6%. The embracing fixator after operationwas cinched in 4 cases which 2 cases were replaced. The embracing fixator was broken in one case which was healed after the replacement of steel fixation. [Conclusion] Nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of mid-clavicle comminuted fracture is easy to operate and has stable fixation and good biocompatibility. It is in favor of the early functional exercise after surgery.
