中间普氏菌内毒素刺激人牙周膜细胞上调表达基因的研究

摘    要:目的:用基因芯片研究中间普氏菌内毒素刺激前后,牙周膜细胞上调表达基因。方法:应用点样数512点的基因芯片分析中间普氏菌内毒素刺激人牙周膜细胞上调表达基因。结果:研究发现中间普氏菌内毒素刺激牙周膜细胞后有6条上调基因,其中部分基因与蛋白激酶和蛋白磷酸酶有关。结论:牙周致病菌内毒素刺激牙周膜细胞后,可引起部分基因表达上调,从而影响牙周膜细胞正常的生理功能。

Abstract:AIM:To analyze the upregulated gene expression patterns in periodontal ligament cells (PDLCs) stimulated by Prevotella intermedia ( Pi ) lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by gene chip and to study the pathogenesis mechanism.METHODS:The upregulated gene expression patterns in PDLCs stimulated by Pi LPS was analyzed by applying gene chip of 512 genes. RESULTS:We identified 6 upregulated genes.Some of them upregulated were involved in protein kinase and protein phosphatase.CONCLUSION:Some PDLCs gene expression were upregulated after stimulated by Pi LPS and the normal physiological function of cells were affected.
