| 摘 要： | <正>胸腰椎爆裂性骨折为临床上常见的一种脊柱骨折,胸、腰椎爆裂骨折合并截瘫,通常累及三柱,脊髓压迫有来自椎体后方碎骨、破裂的椎间盘及塌陷的椎板。手术治疗的目的是争取恢复压缩椎体的高度和脊柱的力线及椎管管径,为神经功能
