摘    要:目的:观察“益胃法”对初老雌性大鼠CFS模型动物中枢单胺类神经递质代谢影响。方法:4-6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10~12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠作为初老大鼠模型,采用复合刺激法造模。模型动物随机分为:(1)空白对造组、(2)益胃汤高剂量组、(3)益胃汤中剂量组、(4)益胃汤低剂量组、(5)氟西汀组。灌药4周后,断头处死,取脑组织进行检测。结果:益胃汤通过调节单胺类递质降解的主要酶MAO的含量,使MAO含量减低,使NE、5-HT含量升高;DA含量呈降低趋势。结论:益胃汤可能通过改善中枢神经递质代谢从而促进疲劳状态的恢复,提高学习记忆的作用。

Abstract:Objects: Study on the "Yiweifa" to know the metabolism of central monoanmine neurotransmitter of the primary senile CFS rat.Methods: 4-6 months old SD female rats were set to be normal control group and 10-12 months old SD female rats whose oestrus elongation were set as primary senile female rat model. Applying complex stimulate factors to make CFS rat model. Animal models were devided into 5 groups randomly as foUowing: Model control group, High dose Yiweitang group, Middle dose Yiweitang group, Low dose Yiweitang group, Fluoxetine tablets group. The intervention period was 4 weeks. The brain was treated by Immune histochem- istry method. Results: Yiweitang decrease the MAO content, increase the NE and 5 - HT content and reduces the DA content, thus regulate the metabolism of central monoamine neurotransmitter. Conclusions: The results showed that Chinese Traditional Medicine yiweitang'possibly improves the metabolism of the central monoamine neurotransmitter, alleviate the condition of "chronic fatigue" and improve the memory.
