摘    要:目的:优选密骨胶囊水煎工艺的最佳条件。方法:用正交设计法以方中君药淫羊藿药材的主要成分淫羊藿苷的总量为指标对水煎工艺进行筛选。结果:优选出密骨胶囊水煎工艺,重复试验结果满意。结论:密骨胶囊水煎工艺的最佳条件为A2B2C2D2,即加10倍量水选浸泡40min,再煎煮2次,煎都90min/次。

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimum processing conditions of Migu Capsule.Methods:The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yield of icariine as detective markers.Results:Optimizing the water-decocting conditions of Migu Capsule and obtaining the satisfactory result of repeated examination.Conclusion:A 2B 2C 2D 2 is the best processing condition, which is as follows:adding 10 times amount of water, marinating 40 min, then decocting two times, 90 min each time.
