舒心胶囊对大鼠实验性心律失常的影响

目的研究舒心胶囊的安全性及其对大鼠实验性心律失常的影响。方法用小鼠灌胃考察舒心胶囊的急性毒性反应:采用舌静脉注射乌头碱、氯化钡诱发大鼠室性 心律失常。结果小鼠按照最大耐受量灌胃,未见急性毒性反应;在乌头碱诱发心律失常实验中,舒心胶囊组心律失常出现时间和持续时间与空白对照组相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),舒心胶囊与美西律合用可以减少美西律的用量(P<0.01);氯化钡诱发的心律失常持续时间在舒心胶囊组和心律平组较空白对照组明显缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论舒心胶囊对以上心律失常具有良好的拮抗作用,且毒性低,按其临床用量使用是安全的。

Shuxin capsule treatment for experimental arrhythmia in rats

Objective To study the safety and the effect of Shuxin capsule On arrhythmia in rats. Method Mice were intragastric administrated Shuxin casule in the maximum tolerable dose (MTD) to study the acute toxic reaction.Arrhythmia models were established by injecting aconitine or barium chloride by lingual vein. Result Mice had no acute toxic reaction in maximum tolerable dose.As compared with control group,arrhythmia emergence time and lasting time of Shuxin capsule groups in two different dosage and mexiletine group have obvious,difference in the Model of aconitine (P<0.05 Or P<0.01).As compared with control group, arrhythmia lasting time of Shuxin capsule groups in two different dosage and mexiletine group were reduced obviously in the model of barium chloride (P<0.05 Or P<0.01).Conclusion Shuxin capsule can antagonize arrhythmia induced by aconitine and barium chloride, and its clinical dosage is safe.
