职工医疗费用及其自付比例的调查研究

摘    要:目的了解职工的医疗费用及其自竹水平的现状,对制定医疗保险制度下的职工自付比例提供重要依据.方法现场调查.结果不同年龄组的门诊及住院费用皆有显著性差异(P<0.05),门诊费用在性别间有显著性差异(P<0.05),但住院费用在不同性别间未见显著性差异(P>0.05),不同工作状况人群的门诊及住院费用皆有显著性差异(P<0.05),不同职业状况人群门诊及住院费用皆未见显著性差异(P>0.05),不同文化程度的人群门诊费用有显著性差异(P<0.05),但住院费用未见显著性差异(P>0.05).实际自付费用方面,不同年龄、性别、工作状况、文化程度皆有显著性差异(P<0.05),仅有不同职业状况的人群未见显著性差异(P>0.05).实际年自付费用占年人均收入的比例绝大部分不足1%,而年能力自竹占年人均收入的比例在5.21%~11.92%之间.结论可以提高职工的自付比例标准,但要考虑不同工作状况人群间的差异.

Abstract:Objectives To learn situation of employee's medical expense and the copayment and provide a basis for making certain a copayment under the condition of medical insurance system. Methods Field survey. Results There are significant differences for outpatient expense and inpatient expense among different age groups (P<0.05). There is significant difference for outpatient expense between female and male (P<0.05). However, there is not significant difference for inpatient expense between female and male (P>0.05). There are significant differences for outpatient expense and inpatient expense among patients with different working situation (P<0.05). There are not significant differences for outpatient expense and inpatient expense among patients with different occupations (P>0.05). There are significant differences for outpatient expense and inpatient expense among patients with different education levels (P<0.05). There are significant differences for medical expense at own expense among patients with different ages, sex, working situations and education levels (P<0.05). There is not significant difference only among patients with different occupations (P>0.05). The proportion of actual annual medical expense at own expense accounting for annual average income is less than 1%. However, the proportion of afforded annual medical expense at own expense accounting for annual average income is 5.21% ~ 11.92%. Conclusions The copayment could be raised. At same time, people with different working situation should be considered.
