2种新生儿静脉采血方法比较

目的探讨经股静脉和经颈外静脉2种不同部位,采取不同的进针方式,进行新生儿静脉采血效果的比较。方法将248例静脉采血的新生儿随机分为实验组(采用短头皮针接5ml一次性注射器进行颈外静脉采血)和对照组(采用5ml一次性注射器直接垂直进针,行股静脉采血),观察比较2组穿刺成功率,局部皮肤情况及标本结果的影响因素。结果实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论新生儿采用短头皮针行颈外静脉采血是安全的,值得推广。

Comparision of two kinds of blood collection from vein of infants

Objective To explore the effect of blood collection of infants from femoral vein and external jugular vein.Methods 248 infants received blood collection from vein were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Vein blood samples were Taken with short scalp acupuncture linked with 5ml single-use syringe from external jugular vein in experimental group, while in control group with 5ml single-use syringe by vertical needling from femoral vein.Results Achievement ratio, local skin of needling and influencing factor of samples result in experimental group showed better than in control group.Conclusions It is safe for infants to collect blood samples from external jugular vein with short scalp acupuncture and the method is worth spreading.
