基层医院食管癌的治疗现状

目的探讨基层医院食管癌的治疗状况，为今后食管癌的治疗提供有用的参考资料。方法收集1996年1月至2004年12月食管癌治疗的病历共202例，分析其年龄性别、患病诱因、从起病到住院治疗时间、治疗方法及其预后。结果男性占95．5％，女性占4．5％，其中≥60岁占59．9％。同时嗜烟酒者占49．1％，单纯嗜酒占13．9％，单纯嗜烟占5．0％。其中手术治疗占33．2％，保守治疗占66．8％（包括食管支架扩张术46例）。结论在病因上，男性患者主要与烟酒嗜好有关。基层医院食管癌的治疗状况不容乐观，由于大部分患者年老体弱、病程晚期、发生远处转移及既往有手术史从而导致了大部分患者丧失了手术治疗的机会。

The cure situation of esophageal cancer in the basic level hospital

Objective To provide useful reference media for curing the esophageal cancer through investigete the cure situation of esophageal cancer in the basic leval hospital. Methods 202 medical records of curing esophageal cancer from January 1996 to December 2004 in our hospital were collected and their age,sex,inducement of falling ill. the time from falling ill to be in hospital, method and prognosis were registed. Results 95.5% was male,4.5% was famale, and 59.9% patients' age was over 60. At the same time, 49.1 % was smokers and drinkers ,13.9% only dinking,5. 0% only smoking. 33. 2 % by surgical operated, 66. 8% by conservation cure, in which 46 cases by esophgeal bracker outspread. Conclusions Majority patients have the matter with the fonding of smoking and drinking. The cure situation of esophageal cancer in the basic leval hospital is disoptimistic. Most patients are aged,crocky, advanced stage, carcinomatous metastasis and having operate history, which leads to lose the chance of operation chance.
