广西右江区全球基金疟疾监测项目实施五年效果评价

目的探讨广西右江区全球基金疟疾监测项目实施5年的防控措施，评价监测效果。方法收集2003～2007年百色市右江区疟疾疫情报告、发热病人血检资料、IFAT监测资料进行统计分析。结果2003～2007年右江区血栓当地发热病人70116人次，仅检出2例阳性病人，阳性率为0．0003％；血检流动人口13095人次，检出27例间日疟病例，阳性率为0.21％。结论右江区疟疾发病率继续控制在1／万以下，当地感染病例少，疟疾发病以输入性病例为主，现行疟疾监测与防治措施有效可行，今后应进一步加强疟疾监测，继续巩固疟疾防治成果。

Evaluation on results in implementation of Global Fund on malaria control in Youjiang County of Guangxi from 2003 to 2007

Objective To explore malaria surveillance measure and evaluate malaria control effects in Youjiang county of Guangxi from 2003 to 2007. Methods The cases of malaria reporting and data on blood smear examination of febrile patients between local residents and mobile population, IFAT surveillance were collected and analyzed. Results 70 116 and 13 095 slides in local residents and mobile population were examinated. There were 27 imported cases in mobile population and 2 indigenous malaria cases in local residents. The positive rates were 0.21% (27/13095) and 0.0003% (2/70116). Conclusion Malaria incidence in YouJiang County has been under 1/10 000 for many years. There are less indigenous malaria and most of them were imported malaria cases in this region. The results show the present surveillance system and control programs are effective for monitoring the epidemic situation of malaria. The surveillance measures should be taken continuously and the results of malaria control can be consolidated in the future.
