| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝脏异常灌注的多层螺旋CT表现。方法回顾性分析近2年期间47例肝脏灌注异常的多层螺旋CT表现。结果47例肝脏灌注异常,有以下几种情况:肝动脉门静脉瘘9例,炎症性充血8例,门静脉、肝静脉阻塞13例,肿瘤盗血现象4例,肝脏迷走血供2例和其它原因1例。结论多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描是评价肝脏异常灌注的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of hepatic perfusion disorders by multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT). Methods In a period of 2 years,the CT images of 47 patients with multi-slice spiral CT examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 47 cases etiologies of various hepatic perfusion disorders were classified: arterioportal fistulae in 9 cases, inflammatory hyperemic changes in 8 cases, portal venous inflow and hepatic venous outflow obstruction in 13 cases, steal phenomenon by tumors in 4 cases, aberrant hepatic blood supply in 2 cases, and uncertain causes in 1 cases. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT scan enhancement provides a new effective method for demonstrating the hepatic perfusion disorders. |
