2维及彩色多普勒超声对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断

目的 探讨2维及彩色多普勒超声对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法 对临床确诊的18例亚急性甲状腺炎患者均行2维及彩超检查并对其甲状腺声像图特点及血流分布情况进行回顾性分析。结果 亚急性甲状腺炎的声像图特点主要表现为甲状腺双侧或单侧弥漫性或局灶性回声减低。彩色多普勒血流显像CDFI显示为病变内血流较丰富。脉冲多普勒(PW)测及动脉血流特点为低速低阻型。结论 2维及彩色多普勒超声可作为亚急性甲状腺炎的一个重要诊断手段，如能结合病史进行综合分析，将更有利于亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断。

Diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis with 2D- and color Doppler ultrasonography

Objective To study the utility of 2 dimensional (2D)-and color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with subacute thyroiditis(SAT).Methods Eghteen patients with clinically proved SAT underwent 2D-and color Doppler ultrasonography.The ultrasonographic features and bloodflow distribution in thyroid of these patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ultrasonographic features of SAT mainly presented as bilateral or unilateral diffuse or focal low echogenicity in the affected thyroid ,color Doppler ultrasonography showed the increased vascularity in the lesions.Intraarterial bloodflow feature measured by PW was low velocity and low resistance pattern.Conclusion 2D-and color Doppler ultrasonography may be taken as a main diagnostic tool,if it can be analyzed togethcr with case history ,it will more benefit the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis.
