| 摘 要： | 本文对两种降压药进行相同条件下血液流变学性状分析。结果表明：二者均能显著降低全粘度和还原粘度，但是Ｎｉｆ能使红细胞比积升高，ＱＨ对红细胞聚集指数的降低仅依赖于溶剂的作用：Ｎｉｆ和ＱＨ的低切粘度与红细胞比积、红细胞聚集，中切粘度与红细胞比积以工细胞比积与红细胞聚集之间都有廊的相关性和线性回归方程。

| Abstract: | Hemorheological
characteristics of two antihypertensive agents were analysed under same conditions. The
results showed that both significantly decreased blood viscosity and reduced viscosity,
yet Nif increased hematocrit value. The QH induced decrease of RBC agglutionation depends
on its solvents. There exists very fine correlatively and leaner equations between changes
of the observed hemorheolgical variables produced by these two antihypertensive agents. |
