内折香茶菜素D抗肿瘤作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究内折香茶菜素D(以下简称内折素D)对动物移植性肿瘤的作用以及对机体免疫状态的影响。方法:以动物移植性肿瘤艾氏腹水癌(ECA),肉瘤S180,肝癌(HCA),Lewis肺癌为模型,以5_Fu为阳性对照组,以生理盐水为阴性对照组,观察12.5 mg/kg和25 mg/kg内折素D的抗肿瘤作用,并采用小鼠溶血素实验和小鼠迟发性变态反应实验观察内折素D对机体免疫状态的影响。结果:内折素D与阴性对照组相比在体外对ECA肿瘤细胞有较强的杀伤力,在体内对S180实体型和腹水型肿瘤,HCA实体型和腹水型肿瘤以及Lewis肺癌实体型肿瘤均有较强的抑制作用,与阳性对照组相比,对机体免疫状态无明显影响。结论:内折素D具有较强的抗肿瘤作用,且对机体免疫状态无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of rabdosia inflexusin D on transplanted tumors and the immunological influence in mice.Methods: The antitumor effects of Inflexusin D in 12.5 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg dosage on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (ECA),sarcoma 180 (S_(180)),Hepatoma carcinoma (HCA),and lewis lung carcinoma (Lewis) were investigated by using the inplanted tumor animal models,The immunological affects were observed by using hemolysin and delayed hypersensitive tests in mice.The 5_Fu was Used as positive control and the normal soline as bland control.Results: It showed that Inflexusin D had significant cytotoxicity against ECA cell in vitro and had high antitumor activity against S_(180) solid and ascites, HCA solid and ascites and lewis solid in vivo when compared with the blank control,Its effects were dose dependent,There was no prominent influence of Inflexusin D to immunological state of the animals when compared with 5_Fu.Conclusion: Inflexusin D has relative high potent antitumor effects and no obvious influence to immunological state of the animals.
