医学生外科学临床技能培训的思考

为了更好地提高医学生的外科学临床技能操作水平，中山大学附属第三医院从早期临床实践、临床实习操作培训、提高教师教学水平和建立教学评价反馈机制四个方面进行了探索和实践，本文总结和分析了相关的经验和制度，希望能够为其他院校的相关教学改革提供参考。

Thinking on the training of medical students'clinical skills of surgery

In order to improve medical students'clinical skills of surgery some messures were explored and carried out in The Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University,SUch as clinical praetice in early stage,clinical skills training,improving teachers'teaching skills and constructing feedback mechanism of teaching hoping to be references for relevant teaching reforms of other medical sehools.
