| 摘 要： | 从住院老年病人的睡眠特点、睡眠状况的护理评估、影响住院老年病人睡眠的因素、促进住院老年病人睡眠的护理措施方面,对住院老年病人睡眠状况及护理研究现状进行综述。建议用标准化的评估工具测量并评估其影响因素,并针对每个老年人的睡眠特点采取适合个体的、有效的综合护理措施。

| Abstract: | It reviewed sleep status quo of senile inpatients and its nursing research from aspects of the sleep characteristics of senile inpatients, nursing evaluation of their sleep status, the factors influencing sleep of senile inpatients and nursing measures of promoting their sleep. It suggested that one should use the standard evaluation tool to measure and to assess its influencing factors. Based on sleep characteristics of each senile patient, one should take some individualized and effective synthetic nursing measures. |
