| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨粘液性与浆液性卵巢肿瘤的CT鉴别诊断。方法：回顾性研究32例手术及病理确诊的粘液性及浆液性卵巢肿瘤的CT影像学特点，结合临床及病理特征，以此作为鉴别诊断的依据。结果：粘液性卵巢肿瘤12例，浆液性卵巢肿瘤22例。结论：粘液性与浆液性卵巢肿瘤的CT鉴别诊断须综合判断，包括分析房腔的多少、囊液的密度、囊壁的形态、分隔及软组织成分、远处转移等CT表现，还应结合临床资料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study CT differential diagnosis on the mucous and serous ovarian neoplasm.Methods:We retrospectively studied CT features,clinical manifestations and pathological characters of 32 patients with mucous and serous ovarian neoplasm,and the result will be regarded as the basis of differentiation.Results:The mucous ovarian neoplasm (n=12),serous ovarian neoplasm (n=20).Conclusion:differentiating mucous and serous ovarian neoplasm through CT scan needs overall analysis,which include the number of antrums,internal desity, mural configuration,septa,the component of parenchyma and distant metastasis, etc.Also,clinical data must be taken into account. |
