| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经防反流动脉导管药盒系统(PCS)灌注化疗治疗盆腔肿瘤的护理.方法 17例盆腔恶性肿瘤患者成功植入防反流PCS,并经动脉导管多次灌注化疗,做好植入药盒前后护理,掌握药盒穿刺使用的正确技术,及时处理化疗药物不良反应及并发症,做好患者出院指导及保护药盒的方法.结果 17例经3 ～ 8次灌注化疗,均未发生留置导管堵...
