| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨用永久性颗粒经支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的临床疗效.方法 对33例内科治疗无效的大咯血患者进行支气管动脉栓塞治疗.33例患者中包括支气管扩张24例、支气管肺癌4例、支气管扩张合并肺结核2例、支气管病变2例以及外伤性毁损肺1例,栓塞材料均采用海藻酸钠微球,部分合并支气管肺循环瘘的患者同时联合使用弹簧圈进行栓塞.所...
