泉州市医疗废物集中焚烧处理的实施研究

目的:建造医疗废物集中焚烧处置中心,对全市医疗卫生机构医疗废物进行集中焚烧处理,预防和控制医疗废物对人体健康和环境产生危害.方法:①建立符合环保要求的处置中心,向医疗卫生机构提供有偿服务;②编写管理体系文件,规范医疗废物分类收集、交接运送、暂时贮存,处置技术的运作程序;③发放问卷调查表及监测焚烧炉烟道排放物浓度,评价实施效果.结果:调查2187名医护员工及病人,对实施集中焚烧处理后医疗废物的分类收集、交接运送、暂时贮存、处置技术等处置工作的满意率分别提高了44.1%、56.4%、70.3%、78.5%;②焚烧炉烟道排放物达到国家排放标准.结论:实施医疗废物集中焚烧处理,提高了医护员工的医院感染管理意识,开拓了管理思路,改进了管理方法,完善了管理制度.

An implementation study on burning medical wastes in a centralized disposal manner in Quanzhou City

Purpose: to establish center for burning medical wastes in a centalized disposal manner to burn medical wastes from the medicaland health establishments in the city in a centralized disposal manner in order to prevent and control harmful effectiveness to the people's healthand environment. Method: (1) to establish disposal center that meets the environmental requirement and offer compensated service to medicaland health establishments; (2) to prepare managerial system documents to standardize operational procedure such as classifying and collecting,handling and transporting, temporarily storing of medical wastes, as well as disposal technique; (3) to conduct questionnaires and supervisedischarger's concentration in smoke channel of burner and to evaluate the implementation effectiveness. Result: (1) 2187 medical serviceproviders and patients investigated, the satisfactory degree for classifying and collecting, handling and transporting, temporarily storing anddisposal technique for medical wastes enhanced respectively 44. 1 %, 56.4%, 70.3% and 78.5%; (2) discharger'S concentration in smoke channelof burner meets the national discharging standards. Conclusion: to burn medical wastes in a centralized disposal manner enhances the awarenessof hospital infection management among medical service providers, opens the managerial ideas, improves managerial method and system.
