| 摘 要： | 目的:观察调补督任法治疗中风后尿失禁80例临床疗效。方法:将80例中风后尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用调补督任针刺法,对照组采用常规针刺法。两组均每日针刺1次,14天为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈19例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率为87.5%;对照组痊愈9例,有效23例,无效8例,总有效率80.0%。两组比较,疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:两组均可有效改善患者临床症状,但调补督任法优于常规针刺法。
