| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸配合中药综合疗法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：将62例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用针灸配合中药进行治疗，对照组仅服用中药治疗，疗程均为2个月。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．8％，对照组总有效率为76．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；治疗组在改善痛经、月经过多、经期延长方面明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：采用针灸配合中药综合疗法治疗子宫肌瘤确有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the theraputic effect of comprehensive treatment by acupuncture with Chinese herbs on hysteromyoma. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture with Chinese herbs group（treat- ment group） and only Chinese herbs group（control group）. The course of treatment was two months. Results： There was sig- nificant difference of the total effective rate between treatment group with 93.8% and control group with 76.7%（P〈0.05）. The improvement of dysmenorrhea, hypermenorrbea and menostaxis in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment by acupuncture with Chinese herbs hysteromyoma has marked effect. |
