我院2006年抗感染药物用药分析

目的:分析我院抗感染药物的合理应用情况。方法:分别以门诊药房和住院药房(中心药房)药品发放金额、DDDs、日均药费为指标,对我院2006年抗感染药物的使用情况进行分析。结果:我院抗感染药物门诊和住院占各自药品总金额的12.48%和29.86%,门诊药房以喹诺酮类和头孢类为主,住院药房以头孢类为主。结论:抗感染药物从金额总体构成比和限定日剂量(DDDs)排序来看选用合理,但仍存在抗菌药物使用起点过高的情况。医院应加强抗感染药物的监管力度,使抗感染药物的使用更趋合理。

Analysis on the antibiotic application of the 316 hospital in 2006

Objective:To analyze the antibiotic application of our hospital in 2006.Methods:According as the cost of the drug consumption?DDD and DDDs, we summarized the antibiotic application of our hospital in 2006.Results:The percent of antibiotic in out-patient was 12.48%, the percent of antibiotic in in-patient was 29.8%, the cephslosporins and the quinolones were most used in out-patient, and the cephslosporins were most used in in-patient.Conclusion:The application of antibiotic drug was basically reasonable, but the level of reasonable application need to be improved. We should pay attention to the antibiotic application and make it more reasonable .
