| 摘 要： | 目的了解炎症细胞含量与糖尿病足部持续感染的关系.方法分别测定46例糖尿病足患者和40例正常对照组人员空腹血糖（Glu）,超敏-C反应蛋白（HS-CRP）和血常规.结果糖尿病足患者Glu、HS-CRP、白细胞总数（WBC）、中性粒细胞（Neut）及单核细胞（Mon）均显著高于正常对照组（P＜0.01）.结论糖尿病患者足部持续感染程度与炎症细胞的含量密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study relationship between the concentration of WBC in peripheral blood and diabetic foot infection.Methods Glu and HSCRP and blood routine were determined in diabetic foot and control groups.Results Glu,HS-CRP,WBC,Neut and Mon count in diabetic foot group was significantly higter than that of control(P<0.01).Conclusion The increase of WBC,Neut and Mon in peripheral blood might be closely related to the development of diabetic foot infection. |
