| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抚触配合水疗对新生儿黄疸的影响。方法选取足月经阴道分娩新生儿150例,随机分成对照组、抚触组和抚触水疗组,各50例。对照组给予新生儿常规护理,抚触组在常规护理基础上给予传统标准的抚触方法,每天2次,每次10～15min;抚触水疗组除给予新生儿常规护理外,还给予标准的抚触和水疗,每天各2次,每次10～15min。观察并记录每组新生儿出生后7天内经皮胆红素变化及胎粪变黄时间。结果在降低新生儿黄疸指数和缩短新生儿胎粪第一次变黄时间方面,抚触水疗组与抚触组比较有统计学意义(p<0.05),抚触水疗组的效果优于抚触组;抚触组与对照组比较有统计学意义(p<0.01),抚触组的效果优于对照组。结论抚触及抚触配合水疗皆能有效降低经皮测黄疸指数和缩短新生儿胎粪第一次变黄时间,且抚触配合水疗效果更优于单纯抚触法。
