| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用显微淋巴管静脉吻合术治疗四肢淋巴水肿的远期疗效。方法:对1983年至1989年32例采用显微淋巴管静脉吻合术治疗四肢淋巴水肿患者进行9～15年随访。结果:患者肢体周径缩小,皮肤柔软,丹毒发作完全控制19例,占59.4%。偶有丹毒发作9例,占28.1%。无效4例,占12.5%。结论:应用显微淋巴管静脉吻合术治疗四肢淋巴水肿,减少感染发作,具有显著的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the long-term effect of microlymphatico-venous anasto- mosis for treating lymphedema.Methods:From 1983 to 1989,36 patients with lymphedema were treated by microlym- phatico-venous anastomosis.32 patients had been followed up,with an mean period of 12.8 years (9-15 years).Re- sults:The circumference of the extremities were decreased and the overlying skin was softened.19 patients with erysipelas (59.4%) were cured.9 (28.1%) had occasional episodic attack and ineffective in 4 (12.5%).Conclusions:It suggests that microlymphatico-venous anastomosis may reduce the rate of in fection,this procedure is effective for treat- ment of lymphedema of extremities. |
