针灸推拿治疗慢性软组织损伤180例疗效观察

目的 观察针灸推拿治疗慢性软组织损伤的疗效。方法 180例患者随机分为针推组、针刺组、推拿组各60例，针刺取压痛点及肌腱、筋膜、韧带等软组织在骨的附着点，采用关刺、恢刺及合谷刺手法，推拿则在针刺部位采用弹拨、分筋、理筋等手法。结果 3组总有效率均达l00％，针刺组与推拿组治愈率相仿(P＞0.05)，而针推组治愈率为88．3％，与针刺组及推拿组有显著性差异(P＜0．01)。结论 针灸推拿结合治疗软组织损伤，可显著提高治愈率，明显缩短疗程。

Observations on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Tuina Therapy on 180 Patients with Chronic Soft Tissue Injury

Purpose To observe the curative effect of acup moxi and Tuina therapy on chronic soft tissue injury.Methods One hundred and eighty patients were randomly divided into acupuncture Tuina, acupuncture, and Tuina groups, 60 cases each. Tenderness points, and spots where soft tissues such as tendon, fascia and ligament are attached to bones were selected for acupuncture. Articular needling, relaxing needling and Hegu needling techniques were used. Flicking, adhesion separating and injured soft tissue restoring and treating manipulations were performed on the acupuncture places.Results The total effective rate reached 100% in all the 3 groups. The cure rate in the acupuncture group was similar to that in the Tuina group ( P > 0.05 ). But the cure rate in the acupuncture Tuina group was 88.3% and significantly different from those in the acupuncture group and in the Tuina group ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion The treatment of soft tissue injury by combined acupuncture and Tuina therapy can significantly raise the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment.
