| Abstract: | This paper reports two cases of Stafne's bone cavity, one of which shows apparent regression over a period of 8 years: an unusual feature that has not previously been reported. A comprehensive review of the literature dealing with this well demarcated mandibular radiolucency of unknown aetiology accompanies these two case reports. |
