坚强内固定治疗颌骨骨折76例临床观察

目的总结5年来采用微型钛板坚强内固定治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾运用微型钛板坚强内固定治疗76例颌骨骨折病例,分析临床资料,总结临床应用经验。结果本组病例中未发现骨不愈合现象。76例中72例复位良好,伤口Ⅰ期愈合,恢复了正常张口度和咬关系,颌面部外形及咀嚼功能良好,治愈率达94.7%。结论微型钛板坚强内固定技术效果确切,操作简单易行,是治疗颌骨骨折的良好方法。

Clinical analysis of mandibular fracture treated with rigid internal fixation in 76 patients

Objective To evaluate the clinic effectivity of rigid internal fixation(RIF)in maxillofacial fracture. Methods Clinically evaluated records of 76 patients with mandibular fractures treated with miniature titanium plates were reviewed.Results In this group,there was no disunion.In 76cases 72(94.7%)wounds healed over in the first stage and restored the normal yawn and link.Facial appearance and mastication function resumed well in these cases. Conclusion The effect of rigid internal fixation with titanium plate on mandibular fracture is excellent and esay to perform.
