摘    要:目的了解学生和导师对七年制培养目标的看法,探讨长学制培养目标定位。方法召开七年制学生和导师座谈会。结果受访学生和导师认为七年制定位很尴尬,缺乏特色和优势,建议制定明确具体的科研能力和临床操作能力标准。结论长学制医学教育应定位于学校本科教育,以课程学习和基本技能训练为主要方式,培养学生从事医师工作所必需的基本能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the views of 7-year medical students and tutors and to discuss extended-year medical education objectives. Methods A part of 2002-2003 7-year medical students and tutors were interviewed. Results Most interviewees thought that 7-year education had no its traits and advantages and suggested stipulating specific clinic ability and research ability criterion. Conclusion The extended-year medical education should orient to undergraduate education in school by knowledge study and skill exereitation. Moreover its objectives is to develop students' basic ability which is needed by a doctor.
