莱芜市1996-2005年食物中毒资料分析

目的查找10年间莱芜市食物中毒的好发季节、行业分布、中毒食品以及食物中毒漏报、少报的原因。方法对莱芜市1996—2005年10年间食物中毒资料进行分析。结果10年间莱芜市共发生食物中毒9起，发生在第2、3季度占77.8％；肉及肉制品引起的食物中毒占44．4％。中毒23人，死亡1人。食物中毒立案率仅10％。结论莱芜市食物中毒统计上报工作质量有待提高。

Analysis of the Food Poisoning Data in Laiwu City during 1996-2005

[ Objective] To explore the incidence seasons, occupational distribution, poisoning food and the reasons for false report of food poisoning in Laiwu City in recent 10 years. [Methods] Analysis was made on the food poisoning data during 1996 -2005 in Laiwu. [ Results] 9 cases of food poisoning took place in Laiwu in the ten years, 77.8% of which occurred in the second and third quarter of the year, 44.4% of which were meat and meat product poisonings; 23 people were poisoned, one died. Only 10% of the food poisonings were put on police record. [ Conclusion] The quality of the statistic report of food poisoning is to be improved.
