摘    要:Wick曾报道多巴甲酯(1)对小鼠L_(1210),P_(388)淋巴白血病和B_(16)黑色素瘤有明显抑制作用,并能选择性地抑制B_(16)细胞DNA的合成和黑色素的形成。3,4-二羟基苯乙胺(2)也具有和化合物(1)相似的抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract:It was reported that dopa methyl ester exhibited pronounced inhibitory action against various kinds of animal tumors. Many lactonc compounds such as camptothecin, bruceantin arc also characterized by its action against animal tumors.In the present paper some dopa ester analogues had been synthesized, in which lactone was introduced to replace the ester groups and isoquinolin ring was used to replace dopamine structure.The above mentioned compounds were screened against S-180 and EAC in mice, but none showed marked inhibitory activity.
