中国吉林省地区朝鲜族及汉族正常人群内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因4a/bVNTR多态性分布的比较研究

摘    要:目的分析我国吉林省地区朝鲜族及汉族健康人群内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)基因4a/bVNTR多态性的分布。方法应用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术,检测183例吉林省正常人(其中朝鲜族人群92例,汉族人群91例)eNOS基因多态性,并结合统计学软件分析其分布特点。结果我国吉林省朝鲜族人群eNOS基因4a/bVNTR的aa、ab和bb基因频率分别为0.043 48、0.304 3和0.652 2,而汉族人群eNOS基因4a/bVNTR的aa、ab和bb基因频率分别为0.021 98、0.142 9和0.835 2。吉林朝鲜族eNOS基因aa+ab基因型频率显著高于汉族(P〈0.01),a和b两种等位基因频率与汉族比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论我国吉林省朝鲜族正常人群eNOS基因4a/bVNTR的基因型分布不同于我国吉林省汉族正常人群,bb基因型较汉族低,而aa+ab基因型明显高于汉族。

Observation and Comparison of 4a/bVNTR Polymorphism of eNOS Gene between Unrelated healthy individuals from Han people and Korean in Jilin Province in China

Abstract:Objective Analyzing the distribution of 4a/bVNTR polymorphism of the endothelial nitiric oxide syn-thase (eNOS) gene between Korean and Han people in Jilin province in China. Methods 4a/bVNTR polymorphisrn of the eNOS gene of 183 unrelated heahhyindividuals(including92 Korean and 91 Han people) were studied by means of polymerase chain reaetion(PCR) fred using the sofftware of statistics to analyze. Results All subjects were genotyped for eNOS gene.the frequencies of the aa,ab,bb genotypes were 0.043 ,48、0.304 3、0. 652 2(Korean) and 0. 021 98、 0. 142 9、0.835 2( Han people). Korean with aa+ab gene is obviously more than Han people ( P〈0.01 ). Comparing with Han people,a,b allele of Korean are notably different(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The distributions of 4a/bVNTR polymorphisnm of eNOS gene between Korean and Han people in Jilin province of China are differeut, bb genolype is less than Han people,aa+ab genotype is obviously more than Han people(P〈0.01 ).
