| 摘 要： | 目的:调查苏北地区临床医生对循证医学的了解和实践现状。方法:从江苏五所三级甲等医院的临床医生中抽取216名,对其循证医学理论素养和实践应用现状进行问卷调查。结果:不同职称的临床医生对循证医学的认知度存在着统计学差异(χ2=26.535,P<0.05),分别有10.7%和10%的临床医生将循证医学研究成果用于临床决策和解决医疗纠纷,近2年发表的5论文中,有5篇被SCI收录。结论:苏北三甲医院医生对循证医学的了解及实践应用不尽理想。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the knowledge about evidence-based medicine (EBM) and its application in clinicians of class A hospitals in North Jiangsu Province of China. Methods Two hundred and sixteen clinicians were sampled from 5 class A hospitals in North Jiangsu Province of China. The knowledge about EBM and its application in the 216 clinicians were investigated with questionnaires. Results The knowledge about EBM was significantly different in clinicians with a different professional title (Χ2=2.535, P<0.05).The EBM achievements were applied by 10.7% and 10% of clinicians in their clinical decision and solution of medical tangles. Of the papers published by the clinicians in the past 2 years, only 5 were covered in SCI. Conclusion The knowledge about EBM and its application are not so good in clinicians of class A hospitals in North Jiangsu Province of China. |
