高尿酸血症与颈动脉粥样硬化相关性研究进展

尿酸是嘌呤代谢的产物,高尿酸血症(HUA)不仅是痛风的主要致病因素,越来越多的流行病学调查证实HUA还与心脑血管疾病存在相关性。HUA在颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)进程中起直接和(或)间接作用,大多数研究表明HUA是CAS、缺血性脑卒中的独立危险因素。HUA与高血压、代谢综合征(MS)、糖尿病及脂代谢异常密切相关;HUA与MS各指标间存在密切联系,HUA可能是糖代谢紊乱、血脂代谢异常的一个重要因子。

Advances in Study of Correlation between Carotid Atherosclerosis and Hyperuricemia

Uric acid is the product of purine metabolism.It is known that hyperuricemia(HUA),defined as high levels of blood uric acid,is the major etiological factor of gout.A number of epidemiological reports have increasingly linked hyperuricemia with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.HUA plays a direct and/or indirect role in carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)process,and most studies showed that HUA is an independent risk factor in CAS and ischemic stroke.HUA is closely related with hypertension,metabolic syndrome(MS),diabetes and abnormal lipid metabolism;HUA is closely correlated with different indexes of MS,and might be an important factor of disorder of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.
