摘    要:甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,与自身免疫性甲状腺功能亢进症(GD)密切相关。眼眶自身抗原的表达诱发机体免疫平衡状态紊乱,免疫功能活化,进而对眶内组织产生免疫损害。细胞凋亡是指在基因水平调控下的机体细胞的程序性死亡过程,Fas/FasL系统是介导细胞凋亡的最主要途径。研究表明,细胞凋亡在自身免疫性疾病发病过程中起重要作用。就甲状腺相关眼病与细胞凋亡以及二者的相互关系作一综述。

Abstract:Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is an organ specificity autoimmune disease which is closely associated with graves' disease.Orbital tissue lesion is due to the activation of autoimmune state stimulated by the expression of autoantigen in orbit.Apoptosis,also named programmed cell death,witch is regulated on gene level,is mainly induced by Fas/FasL system.What is reported apoptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disease.The pathogenesis of TAO and apoptosis are seperately discussed, and the relationship between above two aspects is explored.
