| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨下咽癌手术保留喉功能的可行性及疗效。方法 :对 2 3例下咽癌患者实施保留喉功能的下咽癌切除术 ,应用带状肌肌筋膜等修复喉咽腔 ,术后予以辅助性放射治疗。结果 :2 3例均恢复发声功能 ,16例恢复了喉全功能 ,吞咽成功率为 95 .7% ,并发症发生率为 4 7.8% (11 2 3)。 3年和 5年生存率分别为6 9 .6 % (16 2 3)和 4 7.8% (11 2 3)。结论 :下咽癌手术多数能保留喉的正常部分 ,经过整复可恢复喉的全部或部分功能

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and the results of laryngeal function preservation in surgical treatment of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: 23 cases with hypopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with function-sparing laryngectomy and received postoperative radiotheraphy and the defect of laryngeal pharynx was constructed by various material such as muscular fasciae, et al. Results: Vocalization was recovered in all the patients and complete restoration of laryngeal function was achieved in 16 cases. The deglutition restoration rate and complication incidence were 95.7% and 47.8% respectively. The 3-year survival rate was 69.6% and 5-year survival rate was 47.8%. Conclusion: It is feasible for major patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma to preserve the normal parts of the larynx and restitute the function of the larynx. The effect of operation is satisfactory. |
